At UW I researched AI–human coding collaboration and built Hedwig, an adaptive governance layer for LLM coding agents — learning when an agent should act autonomously versus defer to the developer. I had the opportunity to present this work at ACM CAIS 2026 (where we won the Industry Spotlight Designation Award) and the AI Engineer's World Fair 2026.
